  • I’m a designer and want to keep my designs strictly private. What is your privacy policy?
As someone who’s worked in the jewelry industry on the production side for over a decade, I understand that confidentiality and trust are the cornerstones of the business of jewelry. All designs and any information you share with me and my team is always strictly confidential. I never disclose any information (including that we work together) to anyone without your explicit permission. You may have noticed that there are very few pictures of finished pieces of jewelry on this website. That’s because I make it my business not to share your business with anyone!
  • What is the minimum order requirement?
There are no minimum order quantities for any design or jewelry order. We work with a deposit of USD $1,000 to initiate your order. If your order is less than $1,000, you will be issued a credit which is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. If a balance is due, we will send you an invoice to make the remaining payment before dispatching your shipment. See details about how it works here.
  • What metals can you work in?
We can work in any metal of your choice from platinum to brass. Most of our clients work in gold or sterling silver. We offer 22k, 18k, 14k and 10k gold in yellow, white or rose gold and also offer micron gold plating and vermeil for sterling silver.
  • Can you do repairs on my old jewelry?
My team and I love working on repurposing heirloom jewelry! We can do repairs, use gemstones and metal from your old jewelry to create something new, and use some old and some new to create something just for you or a combination of all of these. Our $1,000 deposit with a one year validity allows flexibility to take projects at your own pace and to do different things with different pieces you have.
  • I can’t draw well. How can I explain what I want made to you?
No problem! We have been working with clients (many of whom can’t draw well) for a long time and have a few suggestions to get the ball rolling. Put together a mood board of images that you like and share it with me. We’ll go through these images and you can tell me what you like and what you want different and how. Then, I’ll go to my team and get back to you with either a hand-drawn sketch or a CAD image to show you the design. We’ll make adjustments based on your feedback till it’s just right. And only then do we move on to production.
  • Do you have a guarantee on your jewelry?
Every piece of jewelry that comes out of my workshop is guaranteed for purity and quality. All of our jewelry is hallmarked with industry standards markings for metal purity and we can supply certificates for any gemstones we source for you. Lab testing and certificate costs are as actuals. I personally oversee every aspect of production and sourcing and all final quality checks are done by me. Outside of normal wear, if there’s ever a problem with your jewelry, please let me know and we will take care of it. Our aim is to deliver joy with every piece of jewelry we make!
  • How long will it take you to make my jewelry order?
The simple answer is, it depends. Different jewelry takes different amounts of time to produce depending on the time it takes to source a gemstone (are you looking for something rare or common?), techniques and skill needed to produce the piece (is there lots of texture or detailing or is it a simple bezel around a gemstone?), and how many different designs you will want to have in production at a time. When we go over your project, I will be able to see what the requirements are and give you a timeline. I’ll also be in contact with you throughout the production process so you can track progress and we can make any changes or adjustments as we go. In general, most projects take between 4 to 8 weeks.
  • What kinds of jewelry can you make?
We can make just about anything you can imagine. From earrings, necklaces, pendants, rings, bracelets, bangles and custom-made clasps and findings and more! The only limitation is your imagination (and your budget!).
  • Do I have to be in Jaipur to work with you?
Absolutely not! I work with clients all over the world and most of them work with me and my team remotely. I'll be in touch with you regularly throughout the production process. I'll share pictures from all angles so you can see how the jewelry is progressing, share pictures of gemstones, and you can always share reference images with me to convey specific details. If you do happen to be in Jaipur, we can meet and start your project while you're here and then can continue working remotely. I'm always available on WhatsApp, phone and email to answer any questions or concerns you might have so feel free to reach out.
